22-year-old Vaishali Rameshbabu from Chennai became India’s third woman chess grandmaster (Grandmaster R Vaishali). Vaishali became India’s third Grandmaster after Harika Dronavalli and Koneru Hampi. Vaishali Rameshbabu is the sister of chess prodigy Rameshbabu Pragnananda. The duo became the first grandmaster siblings in history, the BBC reported.
